School Tours 


Curriculum is aligned to 2nd grade Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standards, but may be adjusted for other age groups upon request. A full tour of the Frisco Heritage Museum includes:
  • examples of how modes of transportation changed over time to shape the development of communities
  • an overview of life in Frisco when it was a small farming community
  • how cotton goes from field to cloth and its once important role in the area’s economy
  • a hands-on experience of printing on a vintage letterpress
  • living history presentation in our one room school house

$5 per student, teachers accompanying class are free of charge. Advance reservation is required.

Group Tours


Scout Troops, Day Care Centers, and other groups may request guided 
tours of the Frisco Heritage Museum. Tour the Frisco Heritage Museum, includes:
  • an overview of life in Frisco when it was a small farming community representative of other Texas towns with similar origins
  • how cotton goes from field to cloth and its once important role in the area’s economy
  • a hands-on experience of printing on a vintage letterpress
  • tour of the one room school house

$5 per child, adult chaperones accompanying the group are free of charge. Advance reservation required.

Tours for groups of adults are available upon request. Tours of the Frisco Heritage Museum include an overview of life in Frisco when it was a small farming community representative of other Texas towns with similar origins. See examples of transportation technology like our 1913 Ford Model T Touring car, learn about how cotton goes from field to cloth and its once important role in the area’s economy, and view the interiors of the Crozier house, Lebanon Church, and other Frisco Heritage Center structures depending on availability.
